Job Description
- Assisting with daily inspections of facilities to identify and resolve MEP maintenance issues.
- Updating and maintaining schedules to ensure equipment operates efficiently, reducing unexpected breakdowns.
- Assisting with installation, renovation, or improvement projects, ensuring compliance with safety and design standards.
- Coordinating with outsources/contractors for maintenance repairs and verifying the quality of completed work.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to local regulations and safety standards, such as conducting fire safety checks.
- Arrange meeting for gathering information of any usual event and verify CWO.
- Preparing reports, updating technical documents, and maintaining records for facility assets.
- Preparing report for yearly maintenance that required to government permit.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Hold a valid Engineering License (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in MEP systems
- Experience in MEP contractor or design (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, BMS)
- Or experience in property and/or facility management
- Knowledge of property and facility management business
- Proven experience in day-to-day engineering operations
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ability to manage and monitor in-house and outsourced teams
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
