Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead the online marketing agenda for our retail business. This role is responsible for driving digital strategies, managing online media, and optimizing performance across all digital touchpoints to achieve business objectives.
Scope of Work
1. Online Media Planning
Translate business and communication objectives into effective media plans across all digital channels, including paid media (Social Media, SEM, Google Ads, Programmatic, etc.), owned media (websites, brand social media), and SEO. This also includes preparing briefs for content and graphic teams to develop communication assets.
2. Social Media Management
Take full ownership of all social media platforms, including content posting, community management, responding to comments, and monitoring social listening tools.
3. Influencer / KOL Planning
Support media plan execution by identifying and managing suitable influencers, KOLs, and KOCs aligned with campaign objectives.
4. Website Development & Maintenance
Oversee the development and maintenance of both frontend and backend for company websites (ComSeven, Studio7, Banana), excluding e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate communication objectives into online strategies and actionable media plans.
- Manage annual and monthly media budgets, set budget allocation guidelines by category/business unit, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Oversee all online advertising campaigns, align campaign objectives with the team, and optimize performance in real-time to achieve ROI and KPIs.
- Analyze and summarize campaign performance, insights, and key learnings to improve future campaigns.
- Lead influencer selection and management to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Capture, monitor, and utilize website visitor data for retargeting and audience expansion.
- Ensure all landing pages and websites are user-friendly, with clear CTAs that drive conversions (registration or e-commerce).
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance capabilities and overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing expertise, particularly in owned channels, website management, and social media marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
- Solid background in media strategy and planning, including influencer marketing aligned with business objectives.
- Proficient in setting, tracking, and analyzing media KPIs, including experience with Google Analytics and tagging. Strong knowledge of SEM and SEO.
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and proactive in testing and developing new ideas.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, platforms, tools, and influencer landscapes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a dynamic team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (presentation skills are required).
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with SEM, SEO, CRM, Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in geo-targeting/geo-fencing optimization and A/B testing.
