Responsibilities:
1. Planning sales campaigns, product assortment, pricing, and promotions of all online channels, including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and any other relevant platforms.
2. Overseeing inventory management and fulfillment processes for online orders.
3. Managing online product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
4. Collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business strategies, advertising, design, marketing, sales.
5. Monitor the sales and analyze the tend to increase the sales, website traffic and optimize sales performance.
6. Managing onsite and offsite ad budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
7. Ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, including website usability and customer service.
8. Monitoring of competitor's activities in the market and taking the necessary corrective actions to ensure is placed in a competitive situation.
9. Prepare regular reports on online sales performance, team achievements, and customer feedback for team head.
