Job Description

Overall Operations Monitoring

  • Monitor operational KPIs across order fulfillment, picking, rider performance, service levels, productivity, and cost.
  • Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and define practical improvement solutions.
  • Manage and optimize workforce allocation in collaboration with operations teams to ensure service level achievement.
  • Optimize labor capacity during demand spikes, campaign periods, and order surges.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and review mechanisms to enable proactive performance management.

Process Improvement

  • Monitor shelf replenishment timing against out-of-stock (OOS) data to ensure product availability and minimize lost sales.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Management to improve SKU forecasting and maintain sufficient stock levels aligned with customer demand.
  • Identify inefficiencies in daily operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Standardize best practices across branches/stores to reduce operational variation.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • 5–8+ years of experience in operations excellence, business improvement, warehouse/retail operations, or e-commerce operations
  • Strong capability in KPI management, root cause analysis, and workforce planning
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring
  • Experience in managing operations during high-volume periods
  • Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
