Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.
• Supervise housekeeping, front office, guest services, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure smooth coordination of Food & Beverage operations.
• Monitor service quality and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and manage operational staff to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor operational efficiency, cost control, and resource utilization.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in resort or hotel operations management.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, guest relations, and service excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
