Operations Strategies & Management, Senior Specialist

Job Purpose:

Support the Head of Operations Transformation and Strategy in driving strategic initiatives across Buy and Policy Service Operations.

This role focuses on optimizing business processes and accelerating digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities include managing key projects, coordinating resources, engaging stakeholders, designing solutions, resolving issues, and overseeing timelines and communications.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, initiate and implement strategic initiatives/projects to meet company and healthcare objectives. Monitor effectiveness of key strategic initiatives and key metrics. This includes support for other Operations areas managing large/complicated projects of Operations significance

  • Drive and manage Operations TDA initiatives to improve operational efficiency, drive digitalization and automation

  • Ownership of key Operations systems and related sub-systems (iClare, e-KYC, Bridge, Underwriting rule engines etc), requiring support for enhancements and production support

  • Monitor and identify key business trends and developments that impact overall Operations performance

  • Continuous review and support of Operations areas to optimize operations through business process optimization reviews

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience as a Project Manager or Program manager roles
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Ability to lead, interact with all levels of business
  • Experiencing and understanding of Agile development and Agile process
  • Ability to present ideas, problem solve, and adapt in response to changing requirements
  • Ability to manage external vendor performance to achieve strategic business goals, and to implement the designed solutions, improvements
  • Strong communication skills in both persuasion and presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines & goals, and prioritize effectively
  • Sound understanding of digital technology and the latest digital trends (e.g., RPA, OCR, NLP, AI, Gen AI)
  • Proficient command of both English and Thai language
