Operations Supervisor

Role Description

Responsible for supervising day-to-day airline cargo operations and ensuring smooth, safe, and timely handling of shipments while coordinating with airlines, ground handling teams, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cargo operations, including booking, acceptance, documentation, and shipment movement.
• Coordinate with airline, warehouse, ground handling, and customer service teams.
• Monitor cargo handling and ensure timely delivery and dispatch of shipments.
• Ensure compliance with airline procedures, safety standards, and cargo regulations.
• Handle operational issues, delays, offloads, damages, and shipment discrepancies.
• Allocate tasks and supervise the operations team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational KPIs are achieved.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Support customer service teams in resolving operational queries and complaints.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• A Thai citizen is required for this position.
• 3–6 years of experience in airline cargo operations, GSA, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal is required.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Good knowledge of air cargo operations, documentation, and handling procedures.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
