Organization Development Specialist

First Class Innovation (FCI) is seeking an Organization Development Specialist to drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, and company culture. This role partners with leaders across the business to design and implement impactful OD strategies aligned with our mission of fostering innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement OD programs to support business transformation and cultural development.

Partner with leaders to drive change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Develop and deliver training, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.

Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvement strategies.

Support performance management, succession planning, and workforce development projects.

Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of OD initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

35 years of experience in Organization Development, Learning & Development, or HR.

Strong knowledge of OD and change management frameworks.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
