Job Description

Organizational Change Manager

Job Purpose:

The Organizational Change Manager is responsible for driving the people side of Thai Union's AI Transformation ensuring employees across all functions and locations understand, embrace and sustainably adopt AI tools and new ways of working. This role serves as the connective tissue between the Transformation Office and the business units designing and executing change strategies that translate AI capability into lasting behavioral change across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the enterprise-wide change management strategy for AI transformation covering awareness, readiness, adoption and sustainability.

2. Assess organizational change impact and readiness across all affected functions and locations identifying risks and defining mitigation plans.

3. Design and deliver stakeholder engagement plans. Building understanding, managing resistance and securing active commitment from leadership and employees.

4. Develop and execute communication plans. Ensuring consistent, timely and relevant messaging on AI transformation progress across all levels.

5. Co-design and deliver AI literacy and enablement programs, including role-based training and use-case-driven learning to drive effective adoption.

6. Embed change management activities within each workstream: AI Foundation, AI for People and AI for Business. Ensuring people readiness at every stage.

7. Establish and manage the Community of Practitioners recruiting Business Champions and sustaining community engagement.

8. Design and execute targeted adoption interventions, such as campaigns, nudges, and persona-based strategies, to address low adoption areas and improve engagement.

9. Identify and escalate change-related risks providing recommendations to keep transformation on track.

10. Transition change ownership to the business post-transformation ensuring AI ways of working are embedded and self-sustaining.

Education/Training Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology Management, Business Administration or related field

2. Certification in Organizational Change Management preferred (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification, CCMP – Certified Change Management Professional, or equivalent)

Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management or related field

2. Proven experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale digital, technology, or business transformation programs

3. Demonstrated experience in designing and executing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies

4. Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed organizations, managing diverse stakeholders across business and technology teams

5. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage

6. Experience in AI, data, or digital transformation programs with a focus on user adoption and behavioral change is preferred
