Job Summary:

As a Social and Human Right Consulting, you will support the delivery of sustainability and ESG and social sustainability projects, with a focus on social impact, stakeholder engagement, and human rights. Your role involves advising clients on integrating social considerations into their sustainability strategies, assessing social and human rights risks, and designing programs that enhance community wellbeing and responsible business conduct. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights, strengthen social performance, and drive meaningful impact across diverse sectors in the Asia Pacific region.

ERM's Social & Human Rights team works alongside leading organizations to design practical, defensible approaches to human rights due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and community impact programs. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex social challenges, build trust with communities, and create long-term value that supports both business resilience and societal wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering projects across a range of sectors, clients and countries across Southeast Asia/ Asia Pacific. Areas of project focus include:
    • Sustainability and CSR strategy development and target-setting;
    • Development of stakeholder engagement plan and community survey
    • Familiarity with SROI assessment or impact valuation frameworks;
    • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of survey datasets;
    • Development of corporate sustainability and ESG reports;
    • Assessment of sustainability risks, opportunities, and emerging social trends;
    • Gap analysis and benchmarking of client sustainability and social programs and performance;
    • Development and Implementation of Human rights due diligence (HRDD) process
    • Supporting clients in accordance with international sustainability and CSR frameworks (e.g. GRI, B4SI, AA1000, UNGPs, ISO 26000, IFC Performance Standards);
  • Project coordination and client management including overseeing deliverables and facilitating meetings;
  • Actively contributing to effective project teams through collaboration;
  • Collaborating with ERM sustainability and social technical community across the region;
  • Be speaker, MC other event related to social activities.

Qualifications

  • Degree (Master's is a plus) in related fields such as social sciences, sustainability development, international development, public policy;
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in CSR, social surveys, SROI, sustainability, ESG, HRDD, or related fields (experience in consulting is an advantage).
  • Analytical skills, ability to think strategically, synthesize diverse information and data into key conclusions;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Thai, ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend solutions;
  • Proficiency in computer literacy specialty in MS office, SPSS, Power BI, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator;
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in social impact, human rights, and ESG are also welcome to apply.
