Key Responsibilities :
Packaging Development
- Develop and test prototypes of innovative packaging solutions to support new product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Production, and external suppliers) to deliver packaging that meets both functional and aesthetic requirements
- Evaluate packaging options in terms of cost, performance, sustainability, and logistics efficiency
Master Data Management
- Take end-to-end ownership of SAP material master data and Finished Goods BOM processes
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all master data
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions related to SAP material master data issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Development or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in packaging R&D or related roles
- Experience in FMCG or OEM industry and knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Able to travel to Bangbuathong factory as required
