Summary of Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the IT department, support and maintenance of the organization's SAP systems and other business applications, leading a team of IT professionals, implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring that all IT services meet business needs and align with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.
- Ensure IT services meet the needs of the business.
- Supervise daily operations of SAP FI support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SAP FI support analysts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity within SAP FI modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting).
- Coordinate and manage issue resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Oversee configuration changes and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP CO, MM, SD) to resolve integration-related issues.
- Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business objectives.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in desktop support in a large corporate environment.
- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP FI (Project Management, Budget Control and Vendor Management).
- Good command of Thai and English, both verbal and written expressions.
