Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire residential and commercial property listings from owners, developers, brokers, and partners
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality property listings aligned with market demand
  • Develop and manage relationships with property owners and real estate partners throughout the listing lifecycle
  • Manage listing performance and shelf life to drive faster sales conversion
  • Plan and execute pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to optimize listing results
  • Negotiate pricing, commission, and listing agreements with property owners
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor supply to identify new acquisition opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to maximize listing performance and revenue

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in property acquisition, listing, brokerage, FMCG or related commercial roles.
  • Strong experience in property sourcing, owner negotiation, and listing management.
  • Good understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and demand cycles.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance supply growth and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with property agents, real estate platforms, or developers.
  • Existing network of property owners or suppliers is a strong advantage.
