Payment Support Manager

Bangkok

About The Role

This position oversees the end-to-end management of receivables and payment operations, ensuring seamless recurring billing, efficient collections, and strong cash-flow control.

The role requires both strategic mindset and hands-on execution, with a focus on enhancing digital payment solutions, expanding collection channels, and delivering high-quality analytical insights that support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to the collections team to ensure smooth coordination, data transfer, and communication across related functions, enabling effective achievement of monthly rental and leasing collection targets.
  • Monitor and drive auto-debit performance, ensuring high adoption rates and minimizing overdue receivables.
  • Manage bill placement operations with banks, payment gateways, and digital platforms to broaden and optimize customer payment options.
  • Oversee accurate issuance and timely delivery of e-tax invoices and e-receipts, ensuring full compliance with Thai regulations.
  • Explore and implement new collection channels (e.g., mobile apps, QR payments, digital wallets, fintech platforms) to enhance payment accessibility and customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal to streamline billing, invoicing, and collection workflows for better system integration.
  • Prepare and develop analytical reports on collection performance, auto-debit adoption, bill placement utilization, and new payment channel effectiveness. This is a key priority — the role requires strong analytical capability and creativity in reporting and insight generation.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements in systems, workflows, or policies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall cash flow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related Technology fields. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in collections, receivables management, or credit control — preferably in leasing, rental, or consumer finance industries.
  • At least 6 years of leadership experience, with proven success in managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai debt collection regulations, e-tax invoice frameworks, and digital payment ecosystems.
  • Proven experience managing and expanding multiple payment channels across banks and fintech partners.
  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) is required; Korean is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Only English resumes will be considered.
