Role Description

The People & Culture Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok, responsible for leading human resources and organizational culture initiatives that support the Foundation's mission and values.

This role oversees the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including total rewards, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, organization development and employee relations, people engagement and employee experience. The manager designs and implements policies and programs that foster an inclusive, collaborative, and purpose-driven work environment, while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and internal guidelines. Daily work includes partnering with leaders to identify workforce needs, coaching managers on people practices, addressing employee feedback, and developing engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.

The role also involves maintaining HR data and reporting, managing compensation and benefits processes, and supporting change management and internal communication efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Commitment to Foundation's value and willing to elevate people's value from ground to top
  • Committed in driving the change and impacts towards sustainability mindset
  • Prior experience in non-profit, social development, or community-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience in human resources management, including payrolling, compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Skills in organizational development, culture-building, and change management to support a mission-driven environment.
  • Ability to design and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices aligned with local labor regulations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Comfort with HR information systems and data analysis for reporting, workforce planning, and decision-making.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and ethical practices, with a strong interest in the Foundation's mission and social impact.
