Job Purpose

Support the development and execution of people plans aligned with business priorities, working closely with P&C leaders across corporate, brands and Internation Hubs to ensure effective implementation, alignment, and continuous improvement of people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering
  • Work closely with People & Culture leaders in corporate, brands and international hubs, to support day-to-day people initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to deliver people programs effectively.
  • Support employee engagement and organizational activities as required.
  • Assist in aligning local execution with overall people frameworks and standards.
  • Ensure HR processes and practices are executed in line with company policies and guidelines.
  • People Plan
  • Provide inputs and feedback on the effectiveness of people initiatives to support ongoing strategy refinement.
  • Contribute to identifying people-related challenges and opportunities, and support development of practical HR solutions.
  • Assist in translating business priorities into actionable people initiatives and plans
  • Support workforce planning discussions by gathering data, preparing insights, and highlighting trends.

  • Monitor and drive the effectiveness of people initiatives, providing insights to support continuous refinement of business and people strategies.
  • Prepare HR reports and conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights, leveraging HR dashboards and analytics to support informed decision-making related to HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR or People & Culture / business plan roles.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
