- Prepare and issue employment contracts and related documents.
- Coordinate recruitment processes with Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure accurate and complete employee records.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance.
- Liaise with payroll partners, vendors, and Finance for timely payroll.
- Orient and onboard new joiners, maintaining employee data and HRIS records.
- Support Welfare Committee activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide HRBP support, including performance management.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and manage related budgets.
- Own and manage internal communications, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resource generalist area.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Self-initiative, positive mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
- Experience in office administration and facilities management.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- A passion for people and culture, with a commitment to driving a positive employee experience.
