Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (End-to-End)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail and warehouse positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment data and track hiring effectiveness
2. HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner to store and warehouse managers
- Provide guidance on people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness
- Support and resolve day-to-day employee issues in a timely and professional manner
- Regularly visit stores and warehouse sites to understand operations and team dynamics
3. Employee Experience & Lifecycle Management
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience
- Monitor employee engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Support probation reviews and performance discussions
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and insights analysis
4. HR Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Review and improve HR processes to align with business needs and growth
- Analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, hiring metrics) to identify trends and recommend actions
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance overall employee experience and HR effectiveness
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Business Partner roles
- Experience supporting frontline employees (retail, operations, or warehouse) is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
