Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment (End-to-End)

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for retail and warehouse positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment data and track hiring effectiveness

2. HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to store and warehouse managers
  • Provide guidance on people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness
  • Support and resolve day-to-day employee issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Regularly visit stores and warehouse sites to understand operations and team dynamics

3. Employee Experience & Lifecycle Management

  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience
  • Monitor employee engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support probation reviews and performance discussions
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and insights analysis

4. HR Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Review and improve HR processes to align with business needs and growth
  • Analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, hiring metrics) to identify trends and recommend actions
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance overall employee experience and HR effectiveness

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Business Partner roles
  • Experience supporting frontline employees (retail, operations, or warehouse) is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
