People Development Executive

Work Type: Onsite 100%

Working Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM –5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Individual Development Plans (IDP) aligned with performance results and career paths
• Identify and develop high-potential talent pipeline in collaboration with line managers
• Design and execute learning and development programs aligned with business needs
• Support organizational culture initiatives and people engagement activities aligned with organizational values
• Track and evaluate learning effectiveness and development outcomes
• Analyze people development data and report insights to HR Manager
• Collaborate with line managers to identify capability gaps and talent needs
• Support HR projects related to people development and organizational effectiveness
• Participation and other cross-functional teams as required.
• Responsible for any other specified assignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Thai Nationals Only
• Bachelor's degree in HRM, HRD, Psychology, Education, or related fields
• 3–5 years experience in HRD, L&D, or People Development roles
• Hands-on experience with IDP, competency frameworks, and training programs
• Strategic Thinking, with interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong coordination, communication, and facilitation skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
