What You Will Do
- Recruitment
- Screen and analyze candidates qualifications to identify the best fit for the company.
- Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Update and maintain an effective candidate database.
- Maintain good relationship with both hiring managers and internship candidates
- General HR Support (Ad Hoc Tasks)
- Organize and maintain Internship-related documents systematically.
- Provide support to the HR team in company's activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
What You Have
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Interested in Human Resources and the E-commerce & Logistics industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose new ideas.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Passion for content creation and social media platforms.
