Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in online media ad optimization specifically in the cosmetics and skincare industry within the Thailand market. The ideal candidate will develop and execute paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels. This role demands a deep understanding of the Thai consumer landscape, a strong ability to analyze data, and proven expertise in managing paid media for our brands.

Job Description:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LINE specific to the cosmetics and skincare industry.
  • Tailor campaign strategies to the Thailand market, focusing on audience segmentation, targeting, and personalized messaging.
  • Optimize campaigns to drive cost-effective results, balancing ROI with customer acquisition and brand growth.

Ad Optimization & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and continuously optimize ad performance, focusing on key metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative elements, targeting criteria, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) to produce insights and actionable recommendations.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

  • Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messages that resonate with the target audience.
  • Coordinate with the eCommerce team to align on product launches, seasonal promotions, and inventory considerations.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay informed on Thai beauty and skincare trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Evaluate new advertising channels, tools, and partnerships to expand reach within the market.

Budget Management & Reporting

  • Oversee the performance marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on online media ad optimization in the cosmetics or skincare industry.
  • Proficiency with major digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of the Thai beauty consumer and local market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in strategy quickly.
