Focus: Scaling digital lead generation through paid channels to find and convert potential car buyers and finance applicants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation Ads: Execute and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Google, and LINE to attract taxi and ride-hailing drivers.
- Funnel Optimization: Design and test landing pages and signup forms to minimize friction and maximize the conversion rate from click to qualified lead.
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize monthly ad spend to ensure the lowest possible Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Data Tracking: Use tracking tools (Pixel, GTM) to monitor user behavior and provide daily/weekly reports on signup volume and lead quality.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with designers to produce localized ad creatives (video/stills) that resonate with the Thai driver community's needs (e.g., low down payments, fast approval).
Requirements- Experience: 1-3+ years in Performance Marketing or Lead Gen (experience in Automotive or Fintech is a huge plus).
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to deep-dive into data to identify why certain segments are or aren't converting.
- Language: Native-level Thai with professional English proficiency.
