We're looking for a data-driven marketer who understands both performance media and market dynamics to drive e-Commerce growth. This role goes beyond campaign execution — focusing on customer insights, market trends, and business impact across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends to improve eCommerce results
- Support regional performance tracking across multiple markets
- Deep dive into customer journey and data to identify growth opportunities
- Plan, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Track KPIs and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations
- Deliver monthly performance reports with strategic insights for business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align campaign and business goals
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in performance marketing or digital marketing (agency/in-house)
- Strong hands-on experience in paid media & campaign optimization.
- Familiar with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, and CRM tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics.
- Understanding of eCommerce ecosystem (UX/UI, product listing, payment, logistics)
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into business insights.
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
- Confident in presenting ideas and providing strategic recommendations
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
