The Performance Marketing Specialist at Havas Media Thailand supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across key performance channels, primarily Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with other teams to deliver effective, data-driven campaigns that meet client KPIs.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, programmatic and other ad platforms.
- Collaborate with the media planner, account manager, and analytic teams to ensure campaign strategies and execution to align with client goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy to optimize performance across all channels.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data daily, making real-time adjustments to improve results.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Use data and insights to optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Support post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
- Occasionally support client-facing teams in presenting campaign results and provide technical explanation to clients.
- Learning & Development
- Stay updated on platform updates, best practices, and new ad formats.
- Actively learn and apply performance marketing techniques under guidance from senior team members.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, optimization, and reporting).
- Experience in performance-driven lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is a plus.
- Basic experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

- Proficiency in prompting and working with leading LLMs including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
- Ability to apply AI tools practically across research, planning, analysis, and content tasks
- Experience using AI to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
