Manage and maintain the Regional Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, while anticipating required preparations such as briefing materials and presentations.
Arrange and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, visa applications, and detailed itineraries.
Liaise effectively with internal departments, country offices, and external stakeholders—including senior officials and key clients—on behalf of the Regional Director.
Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely progress and completion.
Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, and high-level meetings led by the Director's office.
Provide interpretation support during meetings or communications as required.
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience in personal assistant, executive assistant, or secretary roles.
Proficient in Chinese, and English.
Thai nationality.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
