Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Country Manager's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Attend meetings as assigned on behalf of the Country Manager, including meetings with global teams, and prepare accurate meeting notes and summaries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Country Manager.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries or briefs as requested.
  • Manage personal errands, expenses, and lifestyle arrangements as needed.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the Country Manager.

Skills & Experience that WOW US

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience 2 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism with emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently, work under pressure and anticipate the needs of the Country Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
  • Flexibility to handle urgent matters outside of regular hours when necessary.
  • Able to travel aboard or upcountry if necessary
