Job Description
Job Summary:
- Provide customers with accurate information on products and services offered by the bank to meet their needs.
- Perform transactions related to customer accounts such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, etc.
- Assist in opening new accounts for individuals and businesses.
- Promote and cross-sell all types of banking products and services.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations of account management including but not limited to account opening, transaction processing, customer enquiries and basic credit assessment.
- Meet sales targets set for assigned accounts/branch.
- Develop and expand customer base through proactive calling campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and make recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer records and bank information.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and special assignments.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trustful relationships with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in financial industry preferred.
- Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
