Job Description
Job Summary**
As a Personal Banker at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable banking products and services. You will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the bank's growth.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of individual customers, proactively identifying and addressing their financial needs.
- Introduce and cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and digital banking solutions, to meet customer objectives.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide personalized financial advice to customers.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Actively participate in sales campaigns and initiatives to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UOB's products, services, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless customer service.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably as a Personal Banker or Relationship Manager.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales aptitude and ability to achieve targets.
- High level of integrity and a strong commitment to ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
