Key Responsibilities:
1.Demand & Forecast Planning
- Analyze sales orders, forecasts, and historical data to prepare demand plans
- Update rolling forecast and adjust plans based on changes in demand
2.Production & Capacity PlanningDevelop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure capacity alignment
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary
3.Material & Inventory Planning
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure material readiness
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock
- Monitor slow-moving and excess inventory and propose action plans
4.Order Fulfillment & Delivery ControlEnsure production output meets delivery schedules
- Track order status and communicate updates to relevant departments
- Support urgent orders and rescheduling when required
5.Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare planning reports, KPI tracking, and performance analysis
- Use ERP/SAP/Excel tools for planning and reporting
- Identify improvement opportunities in planning processes
6.Cross-functional CoordinationWork
- Closely with Sales, Production, Engineering, QA, and Logistics teams
- Participate in production meetings and planning reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Control (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and APS systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities
