Identify, develop and drive key operations strategies to deliver Gross Profit target sand to optimize productivity, premium quality and manufacturing costs.
Own site-wide EHS leadership: drive zero-harm culture, conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, lead incident investigations and corrective actions, and deliver ongoing safety training; maintain the highest standard of Environmental, Health, and Safety in the Plant
Champion customer quality: ensure robust quality systems, reduce customer complaints, drive corrective/preventive actions(CAPA), and maintain full conformance to customer requirements and applicable standards.
Lead cost reduction and optimization initiatives: improve OEE and yield, reduce scrap and rework, optimize labor and overhead, and implement lean/Kaizen projects to deliver productivity and margin targets.
Drive people management and engagement: build leadership capability and succession depth. Coach and develop talent and strengthen employee engagement, and promote accountability and a high-performance culture.
Provide leadership to implement plant best practices, Kaizen, automation and business system integration processes to achieve world class operational status.
Provide leadership and direction to plant continuous improvement process to ensure total conformance to
customers requirements
Collaborate with regional Sale sand Marketing, Supply Chain and Engineeringleaders indemand planning, customer engagement, product strategy and cost reduction.
Develop manufacturing solution to support Launch for New Products in growth funnels.

Qualifications
Bachelor degreein Manufacturing, Automation,Engineering orrelated field required
Master degree of Science/Engineering or MBA is a preferred
Excellent Englishwritten and verbalcommunication skill is a must
15 years + working experience in manufacturing operations of multi-national company, of which, minimum 10 working experiences in key managerial role of multi-disciplines including Plant Management, Operations, Supply chain, Quality, Product development or Engineering.
Excellent track record of performance with solid achievement to the organization
