Job Title: PMO Lead – Independent PMO
Location: Onsite, Thailand
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to independently drive program governance and delivery excellence. This role will be responsible for managing PMO operations, ensuring standardized project management practices, and enabling smooth coordination across multiple squads and release trains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage RAID logs, governance dashboards, and reporting cadence
- Establish and enforce PMO processes, standards, and best practices across squads
- Drive program-level tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting
- Support PI Planning and coordinate release train activities
- Manage PMO tools, templates, and documentation
- Ensure alignment between business goals and delivery execution
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in PMO leadership or program management
- Strong expertise in governance, reporting, and risk management
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably SAFe
- PMP and/or SAFe certification preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
