Job Description

Requirements

i. Bachelor's degree or above in polymer, materials, chemistry or related majors, with experience in dealing with customers in the automotive industry.

ii. Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.

Fluent in Chinese is more preferred.

iii. Have an international perspective and cross - cultural communication skills, as well as excellent internal and external coordination abilities.

iv. Be familiar with polyurethane flexible foams, elastomers and other related products. With 5 years or more of sales experience in the polyurethane industry, having certain customer resources in industries such as automotive and footwear materials. Those with polyurethane foaming experience or technical service capabilities are preferred.

v. Have the ability to manage multiple product lines and projects.

vi. Have excellent negotiation skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships. Be able to deal with direct customers and distributors independently.

vii. Be familiar with the market layout, have an active exploration awareness and be able to achieve sales targets.

viii. Have the ability to collect and analyze market dynamic information and convert it into guiding sales strategies.

ix. Candidates 35 years old or below are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible Products: Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate (MDI), Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) and their related variants.

• Responsible Region: Thailand

Sales Management

a) Connect with all existing customers in the region and maintain customer relationships.

b) Accurately feedback customer needs during project development, collaborate with the technical team to complete product verification and accelerate project progress.

c) Expand and enhance Wanhua's influence in the local market and develop direct customer resources.

Planning, Execution and Reporting

a) Set sales targets and forecasts, and compile the annual sales plan.

b) Develop reasonable market and pricing strategies and submit them to the management for approval.

c) Implement sales strategies to complete the annual sales plan.

d) Complete various reporting tasks assigned by the management as required.

Market Monitoring

a) Monitor market dynamics (supply and demand, competitor strategies/ prices, etc.) and customers attitudes and feedback related to business.

b) Provide support for strategic marketing and business management decisions through proposal suggestions.

Internal Collaboration

a) Collaborate with sales managers in other regions to improve the effect of customer penetration.

b) Cooperate with the technical service, supply chain and customer service teams to provide customers with complete supporting services.
