Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Lawyer, The selected candidate will be responsible for offering strategic legal advice, managing contracts, representing clients in legal matters, and ensuring compliance with local and international laws. The Senior Lawyer will also oversee legal research, draft and review legal documents, and provide guidance to support business and investment decision-making, particularly in handling cases related to foreign investments.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Legal Research, Contract Review, and Drafting Legal Documentation
• Experience in Corporate Law, Foreign Investment Regulations in Thailand, and Legal Dispute Resolution
• Proficiency in Client Consultation, Negotiation Skills, and Advocacy in Legal Proceedings
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in Thai and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with international and multicultural teams
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), with preference for candidates who have a Master's (LLM) or equivalent qualification
• Active lawyer license and a minimum of 7 years of professional legal experience
