About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior PPC Specialist to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large advertising budgets, delivering strong ROI, and developing advanced strategies that drive growth. Experience working in an agency environment and handling multiple clients/campaigns will be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and optimize PPC strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing, DV360, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.
- Plan and forecast budgets to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.
Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of paid campaigns: setup, testing, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively make data-driven adjustments.
- Implement advanced bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience targeting.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and other BI tools.
- Build automated dashboards and ensure campaign data integrity.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration
- Partner with content, creative, and web teams to ensure alignment between ads, landing pages, and user experience.
- Share best practices and mentor junior PPC specialists.
- Stay updated on new ad platform features, industry trends, and emerging tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in an agency environment or managing multiple accounts is a strong advantage.
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMAX), Meta Ads, and at least one additional platform (LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing, etc.)
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with automation tools (e.g., Supermetrics, scripts, APIs).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets (e.g., $100k+/month) with measurable ROI.
