Job Description

  • Handle sea freight export operation procedure.
  • Coordinate with customer and agent as assigned.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and e-mail to person in charge of each shipments.
  • Correspondences with customers and liner operators to complete customers requirements
  • Complete job transaction for revenue and expenses incurred
  • Coordinate with sales team and customers to ensure all process is according to the SOP setup

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or transportation operations (logistics field only).
  • Basic knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and sea freight logistics.
  • Basic proficiency in English (speaking and writing) for coordinating with international sales staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Able to start immediately will be considered an advantage.
