Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and assisting in converting them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities to connect with potential customers
  • Persuade prospects through effective communication and product knowledge to convert leads into sales
  • Understand customer requirements through active engagement and needs analysis
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company offerings and sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively
