Prepares and conducts client workshops and presentations and establishes relationships with multiple customer stakeholders to achieve assigned quotas and targets.
Provide on-site and remote technical support according to SLA.
Assist in proof-of-concept and product evaluation activities.
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal team.
Plan, design, and analyze Network solutions that meet requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with the vender team to develop solutions that address customer situations and present solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Prepare documentation, develop technical proposals (RFP, TOR, project documents, etc.), support demonstrations and proof of concept (POC), and effectively communicate information to customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2-3 years experience in Network System.
Experienced in Solution Presales.
Strong understanding of OSI/network concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Industry certifications (HSE, H3CNE, HCIA datacom, CCNA. CCNP) are a plus.
