Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of DGF's pricing strategy across local products and DGF's network.
Drive competitive pricing strategies and identify best solutions to maximize profitability for country.
Establish and maintain relevant market pricing in coordination with internal related teams to support growth and profitability objectives.
Responsibility for overall pricing strategies of any RFQ/Tender requests, along with checking country inputs and consolidating complete and final sign-off for any submissions.
Maintain tender data profiling and records, including the update of monthly bid log, and completed tenders, successful and unsuccessful bids.
Regular pipeline reviews with Sales communities to help build mutual strategies to open new opportunities.
Maintain pricing database, source and negotiating rates with carriers.
Partner with operations, sales and finance to evaluate cost-to-serve and ensure appropriate margin thresholds are maintained.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning with pricing and margin analytics.
Drive continuous improvement in pricing analytics, tools and reporting processes.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and profitability
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience with extensive knowledge of the Freight forwarding business
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing RFQs efficiently.
Experience leading a small team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.
Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and team-building skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good MS Office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of both spoken and written English.
