Role Description:

This is a full-time Remote / WFH role for a Proactive Business Development Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, communicating with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role operates on a commission-only structure with NO base salary. Your earnings will be directly tied to your performance, offering uncapped potential for high achievers. This model is designed to reward initiative, results, and impact transparently.

We are looking for a results-driven Business development professional with a strong understanding of business markets in Thailand, Singapore & other ASEAN countries.

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business& Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads with brands across our key industries.
  • Full-Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end process from initial outreach and consultation to proposal, negotiation, and closing the deal.
  • Consultative Selling: Diagnose client challenges and present tailored solutions from our core services (Branding, Strategic Consulting, Organic Growth/SEO, Activation, and conversion, etc.), aligning with the company's vision.
  • Market Opportunity Analysis: Continuously conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within target verticals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Participate in weekly team meetings (held online or in-person, depending on location) to align on strategy and report on pipeline progress.

Who You Are:

  • A Proactive Growth Driver: You have a track record of prospecting new opportunities, generating your own leads, and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • A Self-Starter: You are highly disciplined and motivated, capable of managing your own remote pipeline effectively from initial contact to close.
  • A Strategic Consultant: You listen to understand client pain points and are skilled at crafting and presenting high-value, tailored solutions.
  • An Impactful Communicator: You possess the confidence and clarity to build instant rapport and persuasively articulate complex strategies to key stakeholders.
  • Have a strong understanding of business markets in Thailand, Singapore & other ASEAN countries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in new business development or sales within marketing, advertising, branding, or related services.
  • Experience in lead generation, strategic prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English..
  • A strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to any of our key industries (Tech, Real Estate, Health & Beauty, Hospitality, Luxury, Startups, etc.) is a significant advantage.
