Responsibilities
- Lead the team in driving digital transformation across logistics processes, covering shipping, paperless operations, warehouse management, and transportation
- Develop and implement automation tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance work efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Design and execute process improvement initiatives to optimize operations, integrate AI technologies, and drive cost savings.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination with related work experience
- Able to travel among Warehouse sites in SEAPAC (30-40%)
- 5-7 years experience in (preferably) logistics and supply chain, related consulting, and/or manufacturing where a detailed knowledge of warehousing and transportation has been obtained.
- At least 3 years experience of Operations Excellence, Productivity, Continuous Improvement with prove of leading implementation.
- Project management experience is preferable as well as people management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English. (Good or Excellence level)
- Experience working in a 3PL logistics environment as Op Exs or equivalent.
- Supply chain knowledge of Warehousing and Transport.
- Alternative languages, operations/sales background
