Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in driving digital transformation across logistics processes, covering shipping, paperless operations, warehouse management, and transportation
  • Develop and implement automation tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance work efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Design and execute process improvement initiatives to optimize operations, integrate AI technologies, and drive cost savings.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination with related work experience
  • Able to travel among Warehouse sites in SEAPAC (30-40%)
  • 5-7 years experience in (preferably) logistics and supply chain, related consulting, and/or manufacturing where a detailed knowledge of warehousing and transportation has been obtained.
  • At least 3 years experience of Operations Excellence, Productivity, Continuous Improvement with prove of leading implementation.
  • Project management experience is preferable as well as people management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English. (Good or Excellence level)
  • Experience working in a 3PL logistics environment as Op Exs or equivalent.
  • Supply chain knowledge of Warehousing and Transport.
  • Alternative languages, operations/sales background
