Location: Lad Krabang, Bangkok Thailand
Responsibilities:
- Performing daily machine troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Take care of Test and assembly process, test and debug or facility equipment maintenance and all manufacturing support activities.
- Maintain, control and set up tester and assembly system according to process requirement and demand.
- Technical solutions of process and product drive for production yield, productivity, cost and scrap improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis on failure analysis in production floor.
- Relevant Manufacturing / Work Instruction documents preparing and maintaining as required.
- Maintaining and improving test station yield, testing equipment and fixture, creating management procedure for testing equipment and fixture.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Computer Science, Telecommunication related majors.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in manufacturing industry (electronics is preferred) or new graduate also welcome.
- Experience in testing equipment maintenance
- Experience in the preparation and implementation of equipment maintenance plans
- Experience in writing/modifying FMEA/SOP documents.
- Thai and Chinese Language prefer.
