Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Engineering Specialist to lead process and equipment improvements in our manufacturing operations. This role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing technical projects, and supporting production efficiency through innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvements to meet KPI targets and enhance overall production performance.
  • Lead both local and global Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives focused on machine and process optimization.
  • Perform capacity calculations based on technical forecasts to support production planning.
  • Act as project leader for new machine and equipment installations, including assembly line standardization in collaboration with the International Production Network (IPN) team.
  • Manage technical projects related to new equipment and process upgrades.
  • Provide expert technical support for machines and processes, including root cause analysis, Q-topic resolution, and ratio project planning.
  • Support productivity improvements and KPI achievement, including OEE, internal defect cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to increasing line capacity in alignment with TPZ (technical production volume) and CT (capital turnover) targets.
  • Review and update PFMEA and control plans for assembly lines.
  • Lead machine development initiatives to support new products and models.
  • Continuously review and enhance process and machine capability-both short-term and long-term.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CS2000, CAD software, and general mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of sensors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Familiarity with Python, Power Platform, AI, Robotics, and PLC systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead improvement initiatives.
