Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and procurement procedures.
  • Coordinate procurement processes including tendering/bidding, committee appointment, bid evaluation, and approval summary.
  • Ensure proper inspection and acceptance of goods and services in line with purchase orders and contracts.
  • Manage supplier database, including supplier registration, evaluation, and recommendation of Preferred Supplier List.
  • Supervise purchasing operations such as item (Article) setup, PR/PO review, and coordination of contract preparation.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance to ensure quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives, including process improvement and digital transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 7–10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
  • Hands-on experience in tendering, supplier evaluation, and procurement governance.
  • Familiar with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and standard procurement documentation.
  • Able to work closely with internal users and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Functional English communication skills (working level).
