(Senior) Manager, Finance and Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, journal entries, and month‑end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses to support business decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across departments.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support all audit‑related activities.
• Manage and forecast cash flow; monitor liquidity, analyze inflows and outflows, and recommend actions to optimize working capital.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications

• Thail Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles and Logistics Industry is preferrable.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., CW1 Software), and financial reporting tools.
• Experienced with Thai Revenue Tax and duty.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
