Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collect user requirements and clarify the necessary product information from user and cross-functional team. Categories: local food and non-food products using for back of restaurant i.e. food ingredients, smallware & utensil, uniform, cleaning product, supply use and packaging.
• Sourcing qualified and reliable strategic suppliers to provide qualified and sufficient products and services and align with purchasing policies.
• Provide the product information and proceed data setup in ERP system, Price Contract, PO issuing, follow up delivery date, payment process and solving any issues.
• Monitoring stock and transaction (Inbound-Outbound) reports of goods to ensure stock and data accuracy.
• Supplier performance evaluation and improvement.
• Product complaint handling with suppliers and QA.
• Work with cross-functional to identify cost saving opportunities.
• Assist the store in tracking urgent orders and other related duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, 3PL warehouse, quality assurance and relevant parties to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the procurement process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management.
• Experience in the food service, QSR, restaurant, retail, FMCG, hospitality, or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Proven experience sourcing non-food and food ingredients, packaging, uniforms, cleaning supplies, operating supplies, and equipment.
• Experience managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and issuing purchase orders.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, supplier selection, tendering, and contract management.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, demand planning, and replenishment processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems or similar procurement platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
