plans in accordance with the policies and goals of the organization, ensuring and monitoring the alignment of business operations and pro duct delivery with business direction and goals and meet the expected outcomes
Job Scope
- Determine business and industry trends to develop strategies in architecture & engineering and efficiently respond to customer and business needs
- Lead customer and market facing activities to identify key opportunities for the organization and maximize spending and retention of partners
- Ensure compromises and alignment within the business unit and address key priorities of each function to achieve common goals
- Manage budgeting and cost throughout the BU to ensure profitable operations
- Supervise and manage business development operations and efficiently conduct the human resource planning and management
- Oversee the interaction with the vendors in an effective matter to achieve synergies that align with the organization's strategic goals
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related fields
- At least 5 years experience working in business development, technology development, project management or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business and product decisions.
- Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth strategy development.
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or Payment industries is a strong plus.
