Role Description Product Specialist / Product Executive

The Product Specialist plays a key role in driving product success by developing effective solutions, supporting sales growth, and strengthening market presence. This position acts as the bridge between product strategy and market execution, ensuring that products deliver maximum value to customers and the business.

You'll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions and values for product systems, communication tools.
  • Plan and manage product portfolio according to the product strategy and objectives.
  • Gather field intelligence, user feedback, and provide input to product adjustment and product development.
  • Conduct product training and practice Sales Representative to deliver correct message, map out key competitor's product portfolio, product and price position
  • Work closely with multi-functional departments such as marketing, technical service, sales department, and applicators to develop new products and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Develop commercial messaging package including Selling Tools, and Product Services Guide & Standardized Product Data Sheets etc.
  • Explore further application and untapped market
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Product Manager from time to time as assigned.

Building value added relationships in designated markets.

  • Leverage promotions / campaigns in developing business solutions to large dealers / distributors with key customers / end users
  • Product knowledge / key USP to both dealers and users

Providing feedback from the field related to:

  • Competition, distribution channels, applications and products.
  • Product / market research with key main users, explore new requirement applications.
