Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches, market penetration, and sustained growth in alignment with regulatory and commercial objectives for Neurology Products. This role requires a proactive individual who collaborates closely with headquarters team and fosters strong relationships with medical professionals to support company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitive landscape, and business performance to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and sales teams
- Utilize data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage product lifecycle from development to post-launch
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance and market dynamics
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and promotional guidelines
- Support pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies
- Implement marketing activities with budget control
- Coach sales team to have enough disease & product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or marketing
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., Thai FDA, PDPA and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Act.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English
