Product Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. What You'll Drive
- Demand & Conversion Engine: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive a 20% increase in lead quantity and a 20% improvement in lead-to-conversion rates.
- Strategic Messaging: Define compelling Unique Selling Points (USPs) and tailored messaging that resonates with high-potential students and parents.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central hub, collaborating with Content, Digital, Event, and Design teams to ensure all creative assets align with the overarching product strategy.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Rigorously track and analyze campaign performance to identify friction points in the funnel and propose actionable improvements.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative tactics for market expansion.
- Campaign Management: Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with EduSmith's premium brand standards.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or Agency roles (Passionate fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
- Strong grasp of core marketing logic (4Ps, Context Analysis, and Competitive Analysis).
- Proficiency in using data to find insights and a natural ability for analytical thinking.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional coordination and project management skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with international partners.
- A proactive Ownership mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the Education industry or familiarity with university admission systems.
