Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong experience into the Lending asset finance experience with banking and financial services industry, who can lead complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong understanding of banking operations, and professional proficiency in Thai to effectively communicate with local stakeholders, vendors, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management across banking initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, business teams, vendors, and clients
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, risk management, and escalation where required
- Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with banking regulations and internal policies
- Drive project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and steering committee materials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and security standards typical to the banking environment
- Support change management activities and user adoption where applicable
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Banking or Financial Services industry
- Strong understanding of banking processes such as payments, lending, retail or corporate banking, compliance, or digital banking
- Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination capabilities
Project Management Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Experience with project governance, reporting, budgeting, and risk management
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and leadership-level communications
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications
- Experience working with regional or global banking programs
- Exposure to regulatory environments such as AML, KYC, risk, or compliance initiatives
- Experience working in Thailand or Southeast Asia banking markets
